A typical villa usually offers a cozy and humble atmosphere, so the room’s ceiling is often made low to create that ambiance. However, in this project, that aspect wasn’t implemented due to the potential views created by the hillside position, allowing for unique views towards the sea and the airport runway of Ngurah Rai Bali. The potential views are maximized from every space within the villa, not just horizontally but also vertically from high-ceiling rooms akin to mansion-style houses. This creates a unique value that can be offered to the target buyers, predominantly foreign individuals, as this villa concept differs from what is typically available.
