Small Office Home Office (SOHO) is a choice for urban-lifestyle people who need high efficiency and flexibility for their activities. It's an apartement unit combined with an office. While office and employee facilities is placed on the first floor, residence is placed on the second floor. This concept design is named "The Stellar" for the intention of the design is to create a futuristic and spaceship-like ambience. With this concept, employees is expected to be visionary and creative, as well to be flexible. The Stellar SOHO is the 20 best of Jayaboard Design Competition 2017.
