B House, a tropical modern minimalist house at Cipondoh, Tangerang. This three-storey house built in corner land, makes the house has two facade to expose. The first floor is covered by dark stones, striking contrast to the white-painted second and third story. We taking count on tropical aspect, so we designed deep cantilever on second story and move-able vertical shadings on the third floor to avoid excessive heat & sunlight.
