To be the embodiment of the sky & sea, we want to transform this company core into built façade and spaces. The main idea is to reflect the company services into spaces. The office should present the company dream to the customer, yet it should be fun to work in, so that the staff could integrate well. We want the building to merge with the surrounding, so we designed a wing/sail shape panels to cover the façade and paint it blue satin so that it will reflect the sunlight and look similar to the sky. These panels also function as a light filter that shined through the main lobby. Knowing the office work in logistic, we used hard materials such as perforated metal, metal sheets, and concrete roster to give some raw effect, contrast it with the smooth fabric and the abstract mirror-shapes inside. We also arrange the roster into built-in pot to plant greenery. We also place many mirrors inside to widen the space. Despite the 6m width, we tried to make the plan as efficient as possible. The working station is placed heading the window or placed in a grouping position resembling the working group. The colour palette is dominated by blue with a white-red accent colour. The word “W” is also quietly inserted in the mirror & glass details, complementing the interior design overall.
