Located on edge of South Jakarta, the client is middle-aged and wants to make a dwelling with a minimum budget. So we try to design the dwelling itself in a small-scale housing. But, we do not rule out form and function from the design principles. The house itself is designed with a passive design concept, that we utilize the natural cross-ventilation and sunlight, so it can reduce the energy. The implementation of passive design can be seen in the building material, void, and open spaces inside the house.
