Site located in West Karawang, Jawa Barat where can be access via Jakarta-Cikampek toll road. And with the KCIC (Kereta Cepat) from Jakarta to Bandung that Karawang City as one of the transit stop, this site value will increase in the future. The area that needed to be designed is 4 Hectares and will be functioned as a residential cluster. And to design the masterplan, we implemented 2 main concepts; 1. Green as the Anchor: we try to put the green area at the center of the master plan, and we try to maximize the green area percentage so this residential development has more green area percentage than others in Karawang. The green area is also located in several spots where it can be used by the resident 2. Commercial as the Barrier: the residential will be exclusive and protected as it has a commercial area in the perimeter area. It also makes the residential value increase because of the presents of the commercial buildings
