The main idea of this renovation project departs from existing condtion that has a lot of negative space and uncomfortable thermal. The whole space of the excisting is relayout without taking out any existing structure to make cost more effective. Every single space of this house was designed to has a ventilation that make a good thermal comfort. Adaptive reuse concept was applied to maximaze cost efficiency with use an existing roof material.
