Description

This is a private villa project that located in highland of Betung Mountain, Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran, Lampung. The area of this project is about 1000 sqm and it has a great contour with a beautiful view and landscape. The main idea departs from client needs to has a open space in every single floor. 1st floor as a semi-publict area which is there a kitchen and living room. 2nd floor as a private area which is there a “barrack” bedroom. A budget limitiation has a main issue, so we create the 1st floor use a concrete as a main construction and the 2nd floor we use a steel construction and also we create a bare finish to reduce a cost of the construction.
