While on the 1st floor, the needs are cantilever pantry, dining room (folded dining table + moveable storage chairs). living room, 1 small bathroom, small open terrace, storage drawer-stairs and carport.In order to optimize the space, glass is used to separate the bathroom situated between 2 bedrooms instead of the brick wall. As standard 15 cm thick wall is minimized by simply 1.2 cm thick glass therefore 13.8 cm left over can be effectively optimized. 4 cm thick wooden partition is used in the kid bedroom, while ceiling-high wardrobe used in the master bedroom.
