A renovation project which focuses on creating a fresh and simple exterior facade without changing the existing layout. We propose a wide canopies as a cover on the terraces to promote outdoor activities while also giving a prominent shade for the interior. White and grey paint finishes chosen as a way to minimize budget, though some portion of the walls were cladded in natural stone finishes to create an accent.
