Description

We were assigned to design the bedroom and living area of 'M Apartment' which was set to be rented out in the future, hence we wanted to give it an edge to appeal to potential tenants. The idea was to feature a custom batik printed wallpaper over a neutral color palette to give the apartment a fun and unique identity while still keeping it modern. Due to the tight space, we merge the living area sofa with the dining table and chairs to allow a fluid and flexible use of space. Overall, we try to implement subtle but impactful design interventions to transform this typical apartment unit into memorable one.
