Description

MK-Flathouse is a boarding house project located in Kartasura, Central Java. It's planned as an exclusive boarding house for female students and workers, every unit is furnished. The building itself designed to have good air circulation and natural light with open space in the middle function as a communal space that includes kitchen, lounge, and a garden. On the exterior, we created a unique facade with red-brown bricks arrangement. In densely populated area, this facade becomes the property identity, making it stand out without dominating the environment.
