A contemporary - traditional luxury resort villa and creative community center located on a steep site at the western beach of Labuan Bajo. The presence of the project try to increase awareness of local people to re-embrace their unique traditions and culture in forms of art, traditional events, and hospitality as a response to the government's statement to make Labuan Bajo as "Super Premium Travel Destination".
