Description

Sunter Social Housing or specifically Boarding House is the term “kosan” in English. This building has 13 bedrooms with bathrooms in each room. the spirit to be achieved in this project is how to improve the quality of life of each person in a small space, and the quality of inter spaces within a building mass. This 3-storey building has many voids with a large size to create a positive relationship between spaces in the building. The amount of natural light and air circulation is expected to enter as much as possible into the building and into each room. Materials used in buildings and spaces are also chosen according to their basic needs.
