Untuk itu, pada setiap kota yang berbeda, kami merencanakannya dengan selalu mengangkat local content pada konsep arsitektur dan interiornya. Hal ini agar tamu yang datang dan juga masyarakat bisa merasakan suasana lokal daerah sekitarnya. Tentunya hal ini dapat memberikan identitas Indonesia yang kaya akan budaya melalui persembahan karya-karya arsitekturnya. Selain bergerak di bidang Konsultan dan Kontraktor, Pensil Desain juga terlibat di bidang Manajemen Proyek dengan yang ditunjang oleh Staf- Staf Ahli dalam bidang Arsitektur, Mekanikal Elektrikal , dan Staf Ahli bidang Konstruksi Sipil.

e.Re studio was formed in 2011 by an architect couple, Erwin Kusuma and Regina Winarni, with years of experience in Singapore doing luxurious residential projects as foundation. Today we have evolved into a design studio based in Bandung, Indonesia, with architectural and interior projects in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali. We are not driven by design “style”. Our work is characterised by projects that respect the essential features of nature, materials and spaces, to integrate unique aesthetics with practical functionalism. We believe that design emerges from collaborative approach with the clients, which explores different disciplines that come together to create long lasting, timeless design. He started study Interior Design in 1993 and switch to studied architecture in 1994 then graduated from Gadjah Mada University Jogjakarta in 2000 Agung Budi Raharsa moved to Bali.  He has been 20 years worked in 8 architecture companies since 1997, he spends most of his time working with his architectural projects in Bali, Indonesia and overseas (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldive, India, China, Hongkong, Palao, Philipina, Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, France, Africa, Seychelles, Sao Tome & Principe, Mexico, Caribbean, Las Vegas Nevada America, Brasil, Australia, Palao Island, South Korea,.. & many more countries). More than 180 architecture projects and more than 40 interior projects also furniture as his experiences consists of private house, villas, resort, offices, hotel, commercial, factory, hospitality, housing, school, restaurant, club house, spa, apartment, furniture, and sculptures. Most of these projects have been realized and some others are still under construction and some are yet to be built.  Since 2007 He is CEO & Co-Founder of PT. Baltra Architects - Bali ( www.baltraarchitects.com ). He believes in the role and importance of architecture design in everyday life for clients. Thus, his approach in design is not always concerning about visual delight, that most of the time is taken for granted but rather how it works, how is solves the problem delicately, and how it fundamentally affects the living and its surroundings, in a good way. He is the former with 6 years experience as Senior Architect in Elora Hardy company call IBUKU base in Bali ( www.ibuku.com ) ones biggest bamboo creative designer company overseas, and he did well leading some projects with nominated for some overseas awards i.e.: The first awarded project is TRi Balinese Restaurant In Hong Kong, The Contemporary Balinese Cuisine is the first overseas bamboo project he has done in 2015 which has received a Gold Medal in Hong Kong Casual Dining Restaurant Category of: - The Best Hong Kong Restaurant Interior Design Awards (HKRIDA) 2016. - The Best Interior Design New Restaurant in Hongkong Awards 2016. - Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants Guide Awards 2016. - Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2016. - Hongkong Restaurant & Bar Awards 2016. In 2019 two of the finalists are from Indonesia. Being selected as a finalist in their annual awards, therefore, is no feat, and in 2019 Indonesia proudly has two, The Riverbend House is one of them. The awards cover 36-categories. Riverbend House is included in the Hospitality Building category. The appropriately named Riverbend House does this by following the shape of Bali's Ayung River and uses almost all bamboo to do so.
