AW House is a three-story residential house located in West Jakarta. The main entrance of the house is located on the 1st floor along with the open living, dining and kitchen area with a view overlooking the outdoor pool and BBQ area. On the same floor, the other side of the area is for the bedrooms and guest area. The master bedroom is equipped with a home office, walk-in closets and master bathroom. There are 2 kids and a guest bedroom with their own individual bathrooms in each room. The ground level is mainly for the garage, service area and hobby room for entertainment and fishing storage. Gym, study room for kids and a semi outdoor lounge area are on the upper level. The design concept of the house is relaxed luxury, with warm tones and cozy ambience. The materials for this house are also chosen with durability in mind and also easy to clean/ maintain.
