Nestled in Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, DJ House boasts two striking sides visible from the road. With one side facing westward, we faced the challenge of designing a space that would strike the perfect balance between ample natural light and a shield against excessive sunlight.In crafting DJ House, we opted for a minimalist approach on the facade, reducing the number of windows. Complementing this choice, a pristine white wall was added to dissipate heat. On the other hand, the east side features generous openings, inviting abundant natural light and refreshing breezes into the interiors. By ensuring that DJ House remains detached from neighboring structures, we enhance the airflow, thereby reducing the reliance on air conditioning while maintaining an atmosphere of utmost comfort..Every inch of space within DJ House has been utilized judiciously, leaving no room for waste.
