Cinere house is owned by a pilot. It was designed by other consultant. But as the budget becomes one of the issue, we are assigned to redesign the house with the lower budget. We also redesigned the interior layout in oder to decrease the cost. We maintain the former massing of the house and the function.At first we maintain the trapezoidal masing which fill the site. But in the end we cut the corner room creating the mass into rectangle form. It had glass wall in the ground floor but then we try to minimalized the opening and maintain the void only for the car and people entrance.
